How can i work this out????

So i recently found out that im on the bad traders list. When i was fairly new to the site i made a deal with someone and I was suppose to send first but i never sent. I honestly cant remember why, I probly just forgot i geuss. And i never contacted the guy telling him why. That was a totally messed up thing for me to do but in all fairness i was new to the site so i only got on about once a week so most likely i just forgot i ever even made the deal. So yeah that was pretty long ago, but recently i pended a trade with a user. Then the user contacted me and told me he wanted to cancle the trade because im a bad trader. He thinks that the reason im on that list is because a user sent me a game and I kept the game and never sent him his part of the deal. I would contact the original user that i never contacted in the first place but i cant remember his user name. What can i do to work this thing out?????

However unfortunate it maybe for you, your on the list for a reason and someone only needs to look at the thread to see the reason why as its listed right next to your name.

Not that much, though. Once you get a few more trades under your belt, you'll start to be trusted more, though there are a few who won't ever deal with you because of that black mark.

Does anyone know how I could find out who this trader was that he screwed over? I've found the kid b/c he scammed me, and 2 others I know of. I'm contacting the police if he doesn't return my game and I'd like to help the guy he is talking about there if he was scammed as well.
