I want to pick-up "Terminator 2:Skynet Edition" on Blu-ray at Amazon this week but they have not lowered there price to match Best Buys price of $12.99. Is there a way I can contact them and point out the lower price that Best Buy has this week to see if they will adjust it down to match it for the rest of the week?

Nope. They'll match the pricing if they want to, not because you tell them Best Buy has it cheaper. Plus, they'll give you their standard line of "prices fluctuate all the time".
They do tend to match BB's pricing on some of their sale items, though it normally takes 1-2 days for it to happen. I'd suggest waiting it out a day or two longer and the problem might fix itself.
