Xbox Update Avatar Rewards?

Ok let me start off by saying If this has been posted I am sorry.

So the updated happened (8/11) and I saw that there were some unlockable Avatar Rewards. Now here is my question... are there free ones that can be unlocked by playing games, and if so Is there a list of them?

Or is it all just marketplace stuff that you have to pay for?

Yes though, there will be games that have unlockable avatar rewards. 'Splosion Man is the first game to have this feature.
