So there are Marvel Vs Capcom 2 arcade sticks coming out for PS3 and 360. I'm trying to find out what brand makes them...anybody got some intel. And i love Marvel Vs Capcom 2.....But is the $169.99 price worth that? What's everyones opinion?

The specs aren't listed at all. So honestly, I wouldn't even waste my time until you know who is making it, and what kinda parts are going to be in it. There's rumors that there is a possibility that it will have some HAPP parts, and an American stick simply because Marvel is better with an American stick. However, there's no clear evidence that this will be the case.
