When I play this game the frame rate is terrible. The screen stutters almost non stop. Does anyone else get this? By the way my game is in perfect condition so it's not that.

Did you try installing it to the HDD? Also, you may want to clear the hard drive cache in the memory options in My Xbox < System Settings < Memory < Press Y < Clear System Cache.
