I don't know whether this belongs on the PS3 forum or the DVD/Blu Ray forum, so please move it to the correct forum if necessary.

I have never downloaded a movie from the PSN and have a few questions.

1. Are rented movies automatically removed from your hard drive?

2. Are rented movies automatically removed after one complete viewing, one partial viewing, or a set time? If it is based on a set time, how long do you get to keep the movie on your hard drive?

3. If you unplug your ethernet cable from ths PS3 after downloading a rented movie, will be be able to keep your downloaded movie until you re-plug your ethernet cable back in?

4. I have a Blockbuster nearby. Which is typically cheaper? Blockbuster or PSN?

5. Does it take a long time to download movies?

1. No but the data is unaccesible after 24hours from when you first start playing it which answers question two you have 24 hours from when you first start the film regardless of if you finish it or not. Unplugging your ethernet cable isn't going to allow you to keep the movie. I would go with blockbuster unless your lazy and dont want to drive, as I find it takes a while to Dl movies Ive had it take a couple of hours for no apparent reason based on the file size and my broadband connection speed.
