View Full Version : Did anybody ever watch Tripping the Rift when it was on SciFi Channel?

I loved this show and thought there was great artistic merit in it. It reminded me a lot of Futurama but with CG effects. Does anyone know what happened to it, was it cancelled, did they renew it for another season?


I know that the original creator's website is Darkbunnyproductions.com (don't remmeber if it was bunny or hare though)

I liked it..it was Futurama meets Red Dwarf meets Duckman.

Unknown at this point, though it is starting reruns tomorrow night.

It's rumored but not confirmed.

saw it originally on the web awhile ago, then it scifi so i was like shit lemme watch it, i dont watch it frequently but its not a bad show

I saw that a few times, and greatly enjoyed it. I admit my original interest in watching was for the insanely...hm, creative use of the breasts on that sidekick to the captain. then i was the episode where they watch a game like hockey, but with chainsaws and mass killing. Pretty much like watching Unreal Tournament on TV. That was a 4 star episode.

I used to watch it and I loved it. I like the captain (he is funny) and his girlfriend.
