Following up on tarmactortoise's posting for the PS3 version, the Xbox 360 edition of this is also available at the same price.
Personally I see this as an absolute bargain, when you consider that all the included DLC would cost you £34 of Magic Microsoft Money from the Marketplace.
Don't forget Quidco! It should track at 6%.
