Looking for a cheap PSP

I'm looking for a cheap PSP - so far I've found

- $99 Refurbished PSP Fat original from Gamestop
- $99 Refurbished PSP 3000 from Sony with coupon code

Anyone found any better deals lately?

P.S. Can you mod PSP 3000? Someone told me that they fixed it so that you cant. Is this true? Its it completely impossible to mod a PSP 3000?

Edit: I found that currently the PSP 3000 is unhackable, so Im only looking for 1000 Models (Fat) or 2000 Models (Slim).
