hmmm i havent seen any of these deals anybody know of any?
some sort of percent off, free game/movie or something to that sort? thought id ask before i go out and buy one

I've yet to see anything like that. You may just have to wait a little longer for the holidays to come around and see what specials pop up. However, it's always worth scouring the internet for a good deal.

I think if you go to Bing and search for Playstation, then choose the eBay link on the right side of your screen, there's a 10% discount on the PS3 so long as it's BIN and you pay with Paypal.
There are a few people selling Slims on eBay, most of them are selling them for $320 or so, but I saw one today for $300 with $10 shipping, which would come out to $280 after the 10% CB on the $300.
'bout it at the moment, though.
