Amazon has Saint's Row 2: Collector's Edition for $29.99 on the PS3. Comes with metal case, money clip and some other items. Not a bad deal I think as the normal edition for both Xbox 360 and PS3 is $27.99.
Check your local Best Buy. It's YMMV but many people found the CE on clearance from $10-$20. If you don't find it, then order it on Amazon.
My local Best Buy (Rego Park, NY) still had the PS3 ver last week for $9.99.

Nice deal on the BB copy. From what I hear though, its suppose to be tougher to find then the Holy Grail. Was thinking you could show BB the page and PM it there, would get 10% off of the Amazon price, but you don't have to wait for it to be shipped...and its cheaper of course.
If you have Gamestop credit.. it can be had for $30 in most B&M stores. Check availability online. Got mine for $10.xx with my credits.

I found the CE in BB last week selling at $14.99... and I bought it even though I do not have a PS3 yet... my first PS3 game!

I gave up hopes on finding anything at my local best buy because everytime they are out of stock, Amazon works good for me.
