Nice. Thanks. If I didn't already own/have already owned every game I want there, I'd buy them all. But honestly, who doesn't have Smash Bros. at this point?

I was thinking the same thing the first time I read through. Neither have I, but How do they fix a disk if it's broken?

they dont, it was probably a typo

Twin Snakes & Worms 3D are quite tempting, although with my plans to pick up Animal Crossing & Zelda shortly, I don't think I'll be getting the others just yet.

Then you haven't been on eBay. That's what they call it when they resurface a scratched disk. Good luck with one of those if anyone buys one, though.

I believe SAVER only works with Pre-owned games/DVDs.

I bought a Refurbished Zelda: wind waker disc at the official Nintendo store. All they do is resurface the disk. And its not done by some bloke at home, its refurbished by the provider. So-Its a disk with scratches that gets a make over. Theyre trustworthy.

Bloodrayne for five dollars!? A day where people are refusing to pay in the double digits for a game involving a hot vampire chick killing nazis and driving mechs is a day I don't like.... yup, hating Sunday.

I just received my Rogue Squadron III. But it was in non-factory shrinkwrap, the cover insert was crooked and hanging out and bent, the plastic on the cover is scratched up, the disc has a few minor scratches, and the instructions are warped. Can they call this "new"? Has anyone else dealt with tampoo and had similar problems? Anyone think I can get anywhere with their customer service? I mean I want the game and all, but I don't want to pay $20 for a game that is used and damaged when I paid for a new item.

I have not purchased from tampoo.com before, but if you feel your copy was used, I would definitely complain and demand another NEW copy. Let us know how they resolve it.

I think I'll do that. I just wanted to know if anyone thought I was crying over spilt milk or not. Thanx NFG.
