How good is Kbtoys.com?

I'm about to buy a game from Kbtoys.com, they got them cheaper than other store. Has anyone here bought from them b4? How is their package, and how fast do you got it? Thanks

I bought some things from there once and didn't have any problems.

Generally you can go to epinions.com for online stores and look up customer reviews there. Just fyi.

I bought from them a while ago, was mostly painless, standard shipping was first class mail.

I ended up returning it to a KBToys B&M store and that was a little uglier than I wanted it to be. Took a little bit of time, but they took care of it.

I'd say they're OK to order from.

1st class mail? Does that mean they pack in the little air paddle yellow envelope? Or does they even put your item into a nice box?

Damn,..I paid 4.59 for the Standard shipping, I don't expect to get the envelope package =( Oh well, atleast I could save 8 bucks from buying at Ebgames.com

^^ That also happened to me, because they sent me a crappily repackaged game (possibly refurbished or something). First off, the shipping was very expensive, and it took a LONG time for my order to ship.

Then, when I go to try to exchange it to a B&M store, they don't let me, saying they have no relation to the online store. So I basically got a used game, when it should have been new. Thankfully it was on sale for $4.

They don't anymore... They sold off the online component of their store to another company (not etoys), and the company kept the name KBToys.com. This happened around March.

Damn, I just bought Fatal Frame 2 for 43 bucks, 4.59 for shipping. Any chance I will recieve a refurbished game just like Forest Merc. suffered? It's okay if they ship my game in 1st class mail (never order from them EVER again). However, if the game is new then I'm cool with it.

btw: If there is anything wrong with the game, I can take it to their B&M store for return right? Since their online store is sold to to another company...
