I've been playing tons of Natural Selection (a free mod for Half-Life).

Otherwise I play Team Fortress 2. I've also been meaning to start playing Lost Planet or Bioshock (got them both on sale for $5).

I played through Mirror's Edge recently, which I loved. I wish the game had more replayability, though.

I just started playing Stalker: Clear Sky that I got with my 4870.

I'm all about the quality. There are only a few series that I am "stupid" for. (where I ignore the quality due to nostalgia or other mitigating factors)

The King's Quest series is one of these. Number 6 ranks among the finest games of all time. But 7 was a fairly big step down, and 8 probably shouldn't have happened. The earlier entries were remarkable for their time, but don't all stand the test of time very well. 3 and 4 hold up decently, though their dated mechanics do throw modern techniques into sharp relief.

I am very much looking forward to seeing how Rebellion handles a return to the AvP series. The Aliens and Predator franchises are another example of games (and movies) I am "stupid" for. Though I still maintain that the first two AvP games for the PC were surprisingly solid.

Saints Row 2 (picked up for $5 from Direct2Drive)-Really a lot of fun, as noted by many others.

I'm going to start Mass Effect sometime soon. I've heard the PC version has much better squad/inventory management and graphics than the console versions. Before that I should probably try to learn a month of thermodynamics in 2 hours for my quiz tomorrow. Damn it.
