Some shenanigans I would do would be these.
Put Ryo Hazuki in Yakuza 4 as a drunken guy talking about sailors. The timeline is about perfect on top of that.
Put Ryo Hazuki in Virtua Fighter 6.
Put Wonder Boy as an audience member in every Virtua Tennis game
Make loading screens flash Shenmue III for a brief moment.
Make a new Jet Grind Radio. On the Wii.
Make Comix Zone remake a PSN Only title
Remake Sonic 06 and put it on the 360 with worse camera angles and even shittier ways to die.
Release Yakuza 3 in the US and make it completely voiceacted but take away all english text.
Bring back Eternal Champions and do what Ed Boon does on a daily basis.

In fact, it's such a good idea, that JSR for Wii was actually in the concept stages at Kuju Entertainment, but Sega wasn't interested. Sega always ruins good ideas.

Anyway, I just realized that SEGA couldn't possibly troll more than releasing Sonic Unleashed. Teasing us with somewhat decent 2D sidescrolling levels while overwhelming the gameplay with werehog segments is like a major middle finger to anybody who bought the game.

I dunno. Having Sonic Unleashed sell over a million copies just shows sega that they're doing smart business. We may hate it, but it sells like crazy for some weird reason.

It's clear to me that "gamer Sonic fans" want nothing but more 16-bit Genesis sequels over and over, even if they offer nothing new whatsoever.
If I were Sega, I'd open the next Sonic game with a scene in which Sonic marries Amy. Thousands of raging fangirls would commit suicide, their fursonas no longer able to be drawn having sex with him(speaking of which, why is it perfectly acceptable for women to do this stuff, but if a man even does anything remotely close, it's supposedly evil? Then again, it's okay for a woman to like sex but if a man likes sex, he's being a greedy bastard. Double standards all around...)
Though I htink WininaHeart already sorta did that, so she's got a head start on the fangirl rage.

What the fuck alternate reality do you live in, where it is "perfectly acceptable" for anyone, let alone women only, to draw cartoon animals of themselves fucking sonic the hedgehog. Also, I don't see how a character being married would stop furries from doing their sick shit, because it's not exactly like furry fandom keeps within the canon of whatever stupid franchises it is that they get obsessed with, anyways.
