Hey all.
Looks like the 2PM PDT Lightning Deal will be the X-Men Origins: Wolverine Uncaged Edition video game for PS3 or 360.
Clue: Uncage your rage.
Probably 360 (It usually is), and I'm guessing down to $39.99 based on the current price of (still) $56.99.

I rented it, played through it once.
Loved every minute, and I also can't wait until it hits $20.

Yeah, this game is awesome. I bought it for $40 when it first came out and I haven't regretted it once.

Don't think I want to buy it, but it was an awesome rental. I'd probably rent it from work again soon if the next few months weren't jam packed with games.

ECA is 10%, not 20%. It'd be $26 or $23.

Its actually a pretty kick ass game. I picked it up just for the achievements and ended up really enjoying it. Its one of the more bloody games I've played this year.
Might check this out if drops below 20 dollars at some point.

ECA is 10%, not 20%. It'd be $26 or $23.
When something is a Lightning Deal, ECA takes 10% off the pre-deal price. So if Wolverine is on sale for $30, it would be $24 after ECA.

Ummm, what? I just started playing this game and it's great. I don't think I've seen anyone say this game is bad or humiliating to have. It's fuckin Wolverine.

With ECA and the $15 credit I got for ODST, this would be pretty cheap. I want to play this game, but I think I can wait a little longer. I'm betting that this is a popular Black Friday deal, and if not, it will likely be on all kind of clearance by the new year. A little more patience, i think.

Even after ECA x2 I am not getting it. Sub $20 is my price. It's a good game (based on what I've heard and played of the demo), but I just can't see myself spending more than $20 for a game that I am not overly interested in.

The multiplayer is the same thing, just has all the maps and the 3 extras. The only thing that I found that ODST doesn't have is the Halo 3 campaign which I didn't want to do again anyway. I heard that it doesn't have forge on ODST but I never checked.

When the ECA was giving away memberships (and they still are I believe) the codes that expired on the 30th were all used up. As a precaution I redeemed around 10 of them on my account (you can stock pile promo codes on amazon simply by redeeming them and not ordering anything). Then they released a new batch not too long ago. If you use a new code with an old code they stack.

I was thinking the same thing but then I played the demo and was blown away. The only games i'm really interested in the near future is maybe NBA 2k10, mw2, and l4d2. Forza 3 lost my interest, I didn't like the demo. And theres only 5 minutes left on this deal.
Yeah, I think I'll wait for it t hit around $20, too. The demo was fun, but there's just not enough depth to a game like this.
