Does anybody have any solution for reducing the vibration and sounds coming from my case? The sounds are really unnerving at times.

just think for a second, what usually causes those sounds?
loose shit rattling around due to moving parts.
solution? tighten your parts down, use material to stuff gaps, rearrange cables.
your question is so vague that its hard to give a specific answer, but try cutting small bits of foam and placing it in between whatever is making the sounds. i don't know why you'd need to ask for help for that though.
what kind of answer were you hoping to get?

Everything's secure with their screws.
So I should use foam as padding? I'll try to buy some.
Or are these "rubber" washers a better alternative?

if it was bothering me as much as it seems to be bothering you, i'd be set sticking little folded up pieces of paper in there.
whatever you have on hand i'm sure will be fine if you're not putting it anywhere that's going to be getting ridiculously hot.

I just put the foam from my hard drive box under the carriage thing that holds the drives. I'll see how that goes.
The vibrations have decreased.

Here is a trick you can try, take a bunch of thick rubber bands, four should be enough. String them in the empty bays at the top of the case where you typically put things like your optical drive. Use them to strap in your hard drive. This way it is touching no metal and therefor no rattling.
