Thanks for posting this thread, I missed my birthday email because I had Disney emails automatically getting filtered into a seperate folder and I hadn't checked it for a while. Snagged National Treasure for the $2.95+ tax.

I read that some got their BluRay in one week. It have been 4 weeks and I still haven't receive mine. I know it said 6 weeks wait but have anyone order recently and haven't receive their blu?
Haven't received mine and has been on the 7th week (shipped on March 9).

Their Customer Service SUCKS!

Not only is it a pain to look for their help information, but after I sent emails, they haven't responded!!!

Same with my account that I've had for over 2 years. Ended up creating a fake account and got the email on my revised bday. Picked up National Treasure. Options were that, Enchanted, Meet the Robinsons, Game Plan and one more that I forgot.

Are you sure?

I got a confirmation email about 30 seconds after order. They say it'll take 4-6 weeks to arrive, but I hear the turnaround time is much shorter. Check your spam filter, or log into the rewards site. You'll be able to at least see the order there if it went through.

Yeah, you can return an item without a receipt as long as its something you don't do a lot and its an item they carry. I just told them my daughter received it as a gift but we already had it, and we have no receipt, but were told that is where they bought it. They do the return and give you a gift card.

I have three separate accounts and have the received the email for b-days from 2 of them. I have one account that I use for all of the numbers that come in the package. Then I use one account to send in the receipt and proof-of-purchases from the same movie to get more points and rewards. The other one I just set up to accumulate all the free codes that are given out. I have gotten so many free DVDs this way.

I finally received my Enchanted Blu-ray today. My birthday was March 12. The Blu-ray case was beat up really bad. There's a big cut and knot across the front like somebody took a knife and slashed the case and then twisted the blade. Might have been a bad box cutting job. The case was sealed very oddly, too. There was cheap shrinkwrap over it, and then once I removed that there was clear tape underneath. The tape was holding together what was left of the original seal, which must have gone through the worst conditions ever because it just crackled and disintegrated in my hands. Bizarre.

At least the disc actually plays.

First, calm down. Second, when you receive the e-mail could be a few days/week after your birthday. Last year I didn't get an email until 3 or 4 days after my birthday.

Also, if the new promotion rumor is true, it could be possible that Disney is fixing their system being as it is July 1st.

Perhaps by my anniversary month (March), the movies will be different - not that I'm against having Chicken Little.

I got this e-mail too. Luckily I was able to get National Treasure for my B-Day before they killed that one. I've got till March to wait. If nothing changes, I'll probably go for the Rookie. Can't believe how much I actually liked that one.

So beginning October we can choose the blu-ray we'd like? Or am I able to choose one now since I believe my anniversary date is September. So can I order it now?
