Deal will probably be just like the Wii Sport Resort deal back when it first came out............$5 off. I would not get your hopes up on anything more than that. Ebay knows people are stupid and will jump at $5 off.

BTW this game kicks ass. I am having a blast playing on Live with some old friends. Firefight is addictive.

The only downside is no matchmaking for Firefight. That really hurts me, because everyone I know is on a completely different work schedule then me. So I hardly ever play it, but get it for Firefight alone if it's a good price.

Campaign was really awesome, but super short. I only have like two people on my 360 friend's list and I don't know if either got odst for firefight...man. I had traded halo 3 in to amazon a few months ago and never bought the last map pack(or maybe two) so it's good for that as well.

Game is great, at $40 its not too bad considering the length of the game, I got it Tuesday and beat it yesterday. I paid a lot less than $40 so the 6 hour campaign didnt really bother me.

$40 is a good price for this game. I played through it once already and its pretty fun, just short (as expected). Firefight is a blast if you have friends to play with (no match-making). :-|

It's funny...after they announced it would be 60$, and everyone whined about the price(justifiably so), it now goes on sale EVERYWHERE. Almost like they stuck it at 60$ so your average consumer will just go pick it up at that price, and anyone else that really pays attention to prices and deals still buy it but around the 40$ range. I know I can't complain, 35$ from amazon, then I used the 15$ credit back on uncharted. At 20 bucks this was a no brainer since I was going to buy halo 3 back sometime soon, don't need to now.
