Gamestop's Surprize Attack Sweepstakes

- It began 10/1 and ends 11/10.
- A ton of normal Modern Warfare 2 prizes like shirts, hoodies and the game itself.
- A few insane Modern Warfare 2 prizes like a riot shield, SCUBA gear and a Hummer.
- A different prize is up for grabs every 12 hours.
- You're allowed 1 entry per 12 hour period.
- The time periods start 11:10:09 AM/PM Central Time and end at 11:10:08 AM/PM Central Time.

An example of 2 entry periods in succession would be like this:
11:10:09 AM on October 3rd until 11:10:08 PM on October 3rd.
11:10:09 PM on October 3rd until 11:10:08 AM on October 4th.

The contest has 3 methods of entry.
1. A code on your MW2 preorder receipt from a Gamestop b&m store.
2. Your online confirmation number for your MW2 preorder from gamestop.com.
3. Free entry via http://www.surprizeattack.com/amoe

Use method 3 so you don't have to keep entering either your receipt code or online order code.

How is the free method of entry suppose to work? It seems like you're just registering for the contest and not getting any sort of flash like the people get when they enter a code. I have a huge question, I've always was able to enter via free method. However when you guys put in the new captchas it always says "Captcha error" and i can't enter. Emails only started going out for the first time in late October, so that makes sense that they wouldn't have heard about an early-month win until that time. Announcements should be up to speed now, within about a week of the prize period ending.


Also, here's some more advance info about when the final prizes are going up so you guys can plan your weekends accordingly :-)

11/8 AM = MW2 Autographed Art Print (10)
11/8 PM = TF 141 Beanie (20)
11/9 AM = TF 141 Hummer H2 (1, of course)
11/9 PM = TF 141 Hat (20)

I got a letter in the mail today and when I opened it there was a letter inside. It said congratulations and that my prize (carabineer) was enclosed, but there was nothing inside the envelope except the letter. There is a number to call them if there is a problem so I'll follow this up tomorrow if I get a chance.
