So, does anyone know how Toys R Us's return policy works on online deals? I ordered Uncharted 2 and R&C2 with this deal, finally got U2 a few days ago (haven't opened it yet), and R&C2 has not shipped yet (obviously). Now that I see Best buy is doing a B2G1 free deal, I would like to get U2, R&C2, and Infamous. I go to toysrus.com, log into my account, and see that "cancel order" is still available for my U2/R&C2 deal. I've already received half my order. How can I cancel this order, and what will I have to do with my copy of U2? Send it back? Return it to a TRU b&m?
EDIT: Nevermind. Once I clicked on "Yes, cancel my order" it errored out, saying that I'm past my cancel window. I can't cancel my order, but I'm thinking about returning my order and do the BB B2G1 instead. However, the TRU help desk says that you can't bring electronics bought online and return them to a b&m store. Is this true? Has anyone had luck returning games bought on tru.com back to a TRU store?
