The only Canadian retailer I've seen carry them is VideoGamesPlus:

But realistically, you're better off buying Gears 2 from FS/BB for $19.99 and just buying the Dark Corners pack off of the XBL store.

Yeah I dunno Rob haha...the GOTY edition comes with a code to let you download the extra content anyways, so it's not like you'd be missing out on a disc or anything.
