that would probably be it. as someone who owns a PS3 and hasn't played SFIV i'll probably wait until Super SFIV comes out, hopefully at $30. Wouldn't surprised if it were $40 though...

I'm guessing SFIV, but it might be King of Fighters 12.

Yes you can.
Best Buy sells Street Fighter IV for the PC for $39.99, and with the $20 RewardZone coupon, it brings it down to $19.99. Also, the version that Best Buy sells is the "Limited Edition" which also includes the feature length movie "Street Fighter: The Ties That Bind."
YMMV, but you might also get the current "10% off music, movies, and games" coupon to stack with this offer as well. That would take an additional $4 dollars off the original price, bringing the final total down to $15.99 for both the game and the movie.
And, for those that care, this is a Games For Windows Live title that includes 1000 gamerpoints seperate from the acheivements in the 360 version.
