yea im not big on this stuff either but i figured for a buck 60 a piece it'd be a decent stocking stuffer anyway (atleast for a gamer) for that matter you cant find a plain wallet for that price they appear to be officially licensed, maybe it'll be a collectable someday

I bit.
I can give my kid and some of his friends a Halo wallet.
I don't even know what to do with a belt buckele. Do they take special belts?

i believe they just slide onto a regular belt and go over the actual buckle for decoration, but not sure

I wonder if you are wearing the belt buckle when you die and your blood happens to drip on it... if you'll be transported to the Halo Universe to put on a rock show...
You do. You'll have to play the Energy Sword as a guitar, while Johnson plays the drums with Cigar-shaped drumsticks, Arby is your vocals, and Cortana is the DJ, and floodlights will fire Spartan Laser shots into the sky, creating fireworks out of the exploding Banshees they make. At the finale, to make it back to Earth alive, you have to set off a chain-reaction of Grunt Birthday Party explosions by throwing your belt buckle and hitting a single Grunt in the head, raining confetti over your soon-to-be dead audience.

Yep. Most epic belt buckle EVAR.

The belt buckle in the bottom right looks like a dong.

Now you too can publicly teabag in a slightly-more-socially-acceptable way.

They're not really special belts. There's two buttons on the underside, so you can unbutton them, place the buckle on, and rebutton them and there you go.

Looks like this http://www.painfulpleasures.com/body_jewelry/gallery/Belt_Buckles/belt001-black-chp-sm.jpg

Usually they tend to come with their own brand-name belt buckle, which tends to be large and very decorative (my Levi one had like two horses and a lot of embossed wording)

Arrr, I really shouldn't but I think I will bite.

Well, I bit. Kind of wish that the coupon code they give on signup worked, though.

I like the yellow Chief wallet, and the Grunt belt buckle is BA.

Edit: Just noticed that you have no realy way of knowing which buckles or wallets you get. That sucks. Hopefully I get no doubles and no grenade buckle.

Not true.

Times have changed, geek chic is all the rage.

Oh, and just to give a little personal input. Depending on the shape of the belt buckle, they have a tendency to dig into your stomach depending on how you sit. I've been driving and ended up having my Three Days Grace (oval shaped) buckle digging in. Its not really painful, just irritating. I'm somewhat glad I didn't get that Metallica ninja star one that I wanted.

YES!

Same thing with me.

I have a LoZ one with the triforce and the tip of the triangle seriously jabs my tum-tum.

Where's the game?

JK, remembering the time some idiot threadcrapped my posted deal on the Guitar Hero "belt buckle" toy. Which actually was sort-of a game.

This was true... a few years ago.

But that fad tended to extend to retroish games, not new franchises. While wearing Mario or Zelda-themed clothing/accessories might have been cool, wearing Halo or Gears-themed stuff pretty much singled you out as a tool.

Sorry, just the facts.

I actually have the grey UNSC wallet. I bought it for $1.50 at Gabriel Bros a few months back. My girlfriend laughed at me, but it's actually a decent, sturdy wallet. The only thing it doesn't have is a thing for pictures.
