I want to ship something to Goomba... I assume you've all done it... I just want to make sure they won't be like "ZOMG STOP THE pRESSES HE'S CANADIAN" halfway through.

But yeah, your card will work fine.

It's worth noting that they seem to have just started shipping from .com to Canada however they're imposing an Import Fees Deposit now which makes any good deal down there suddenly a lot less good. As an example I just looked at Assassin's Creed 2 for $55 USD. Looked great until i saw the $7.50 import fee. Now I may as well just get it from FS.

Why not get Goomba to ship it if you don't mind waiting 2 weeks?

Amazon.com has always shipped DVDs and books to Canada--you just weren't able to buy games, electronics, and other random items from them until recently because of trade restrictions. Your credit card will be perfectly fine. They'll only stop you at the checkout if one of the restricted items is in your cart and the order is set to ship to a Canadian address.
