http://us.yesasia.com/en/Bargain.aspx/section-games/code-j/version-all/p=2 for list of games (starting on page 2)
http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.aspx/pid-1002861194/pname-Shinyaku-Seiken-Densetsu/section-games/code-j/version-all/ for SoM Special Edition ("Shinyaku Seiken Densetsu (Limited Edition)")
Also has Shining Soul 2 GBA (import) for $20. I'd get FirePro Wrestling for PS2 ($25) if I had a chip. All prices not including shipping! (I believe it's $35 and up for free shipping though).
These deals tend to pop up and disappear fast (though this is the 2nd time I've seen most of these game deals). The sheer lameness of the selection may turn you off though...
I'd also recommend the Music section's bargains, if you're into jrock/pop. Cheap concert DVD's..

It's Sword of Mana, not Secret of Mana. SOM was never released for GBA.

Didn't see anything on that sale page that interested me. However, overall that site has pretty good prices, and the free shipping is definitely a nice bonus. How reliable are they?
Looks like I may have found a new import site. :)

Also, I see Shining Soul 2 not Shining Force 2. Was SF2 there and gone now? SS2 was released over here.

i thought the GBA was region free, like you dont need a mod chip to play Japanese or PAL GBA games?

I always forget about this site, it's pretty cool but some of the prices are kind of wacky. If you look around they have some other neat deals too, like the best "comment" (I'm going to assume that it's feedback) earns the winner $10.00 for use on the site, and if you spend $50.00, you get a $5.00 coupon for your next purchase.
Also found this page for 20% off rhythm games, like the taiko drum ones:

They're very reliable, from my experience. Their customer service is also fairly quick at answering emails.

Sword of Mana looks real good, and just for $20 too. Should I bite? I already have the NA version, but this will look so cool on my game shelf.

will do prick, heheh. i actually should get some commision from them, as i've been trying to pass on the jrock savings on other sites.
Sorry about the mistakes, though it's easy to see how i made them, seeing as i've barely played any of those series. i posted the deal really cause its $40 off and it might make $$ on ebay (I haven't even checked).
To add to the previous poster, I've also had no problems ordering from yesasia, done so maybe 10 times. And since I live close to their warehouse, shipping takes 1-2 days. Their coupons usually suck though, $5 off BUT you gotta spend $30 or something. That's my main gripe with them.

If you can't read Japanese, you can't really play this game well, can you?
