Yeah, I saw the commercials for this deal all week, and maybe longer. I went to one taco bell but they would only give out one per person (so just two for the both of us). I'm just going to hit up several taco bells if that's the case. Nice toknow there are 4 near me and 1 a bit of a drive away.

Why are they black?
I'm not really sure. It's just the shell coloring, like the red Volcano taco shell.
The Jack in BlackJack taco comes from the fact they have PepperJack cheese in them.

I love Taco Bell. I don't understand why everyone gets sick when they eat there? The only time I get sick is when I find hair in my burrito....

I used to love Taco Bell when i was a kid. Now they only have immigrant workers and there is hardly any meat, hardly cooked, cheese not melted. I wouldn't eat that shit.

My Taco Bell had the Black Jacks totally free, no limit. I personally love them, I've probably eaten about 10 of them since the Black Jack came out. I ordered my standard three Black Jacks and a triple layer nacho, minus beans and sauce (which is cheaper than ordering a regular nacho with cheese, and you get more nachos); the total was 89 cents.
I was pissed, of course. To not have known they were free, and order ten of them. I did see some nine year olds go to the register, ask for two Blackjacks, and two cups for "water," and simply get a receipt with their order number.

Why are they black?
I'm not sure. One of my friends thinks it's because they use a different type of corn, like a blue corn or something. Would love to find out if it's true or not.
