With so many places offering this and that for the game when it launches Nov. 10th. Which place has the best deal or best pre-order swag your going to get? Thanks in advance!

Walmart or Amazon gives you $20 gc with preordering it

I'm getting it from Amazon.com for a couple reasons:
1. No tax (saves about $4 right there.
2. Free shipping (though I will get it a few days after it comes out probably)
3. ECA discount, saves $6.
4. I used Amazon.com gift cards I had.
5. $20 Video game credit with purchase = FREE Orange Box game (that's the game I'm going to get).
