Yes they are definitely reliable, and have become more of a mainstream company lately, so it is widely reported that they are reliable. I have ordered from them twice and never had any problems.

I guess I have been lucky. I have dealt with EB several times and the only time something was a problem was due to the US Postal service screwing up.
