Cheapest Guitar Hero/Rock Band controller for Wii?

I was wondering where could I get the cheapest controller for Rock Band and Guitar Hero for the Wii in Toronto?

I've seen these guitars that look like Les Pauls at Walmart. They're in a white and light blue box. I have no idea how they are for quality, but I'm pretty sure they were 15 bucks.
