1) Only applies to new purchases on advertised week.

I'd drop Crimecraft from any "lowering" / "reduced" price as it can now be freely downloaded and played. They totally changed the payment structure - I am not sure if you get the "premium" month or two by buying the game, but at $30, that's 3 months of premium.

Did you pay for the preorder in full or just put down a $5 deposit? Because you can always walk away from the latter and just eat the deposit.

Yep.
Just print it out and take the paper with you.

If it doesnt prompt you to print a temp card right after you sign up, simply go back to the toysrus website, click the rewards R us tab on the top, log in, and click on the tab that says "print/request card" (or something similar) and print it there.

As long as you give them the coupons at the same time as you give them the games it should stack. I know at my local TRU they let me use as many coupons as I can get to work as long as I hand them to them at the same time. That way the know how and in which order to use them, I think sometimes the coupons that give you the free gift cards need to be put in first before the general discount coupons or something like that.

And you can't use the GC immediately, no. But you could buy multiple copies for the multiple GC's if you so chose. There wouldn't be any abusing the system though, as you're still paying full price per each title. Spose if you wanted to make a little off the top you could resell each copy outside the door for 50-55 and make a little off the top. Reverse scalping? Sell a little under retailers MSRP while you pocket the extra $20 in GC's from each purchase.

Wouldn't work beyond day 1 I would assume though, and you'd need some pretty desperate folks to want to buy it from the stranger outside of the front of your retailer.

During the batman release, we had an employee try to buy the game at 9:30 since he just got off work, and the gift card deal wouldn't work. He had to come back at 10 to get the gift card.

While what you are saying is true I would say less than 10% of america ends up paying tax for online sales. The odds of a random normal person getting audited for that specifically are most likely astronomically low. Now if you are buying millions online than you are undoubtedly a much bigger target, but someone maybe spending a 1,000 or 2,000 a year is highly unlikely. Doesn't make it any less wrong not to report it though

Not true, the gift card thing is going to start whenever the sale starts. We can't run it through early or anything, thats the way our system works. When we had the Batman AA gift card sale, it started a little later because the system was slow. So, I'm going to assume that if the sale does start at 10 then your probably going to have to wait til 10. And I suggest you get there early because there will probably be a line. And if you signed up for a rewards card online we are able to look it up for you. But if you want to be safe just print out a temporary card online. And some of you guys might want to try to get your hands on some of our coupons that are out right now. :)

Most likely you will. With the ODST deal you had to wait 6 hours after the gift card was activated in order to make a purchase with it. I'm pretty sure it'll be the same with this.

You can bring the game in, but you would have to bring it in during the sale hours to get the $20 gift card. I doubt your game will arrive in time to do this. After Tuesday 2PM through Saturday, you will only get a $10 gift card. You would have to buy a copy on Tuesday, then return your online order when it comes in

I'm definitely getting the Hardened version, but when I pre-ordered a while ago, the dummy case didn't have that as an option. I need some CAG advice...do you think a) I should cancel my pre-order and try to seek out the H.E. by noon on release day? b) see if I can change my pre-order up to match H.E. or is it too late in the game?

I'd say cancel the preorder and order the Hardened Edition online for an in-store pickup. It will be waiting for you to pick up at the customer service desk. Then, when you have the game, show them the RZ coupon and they'll either re-ring your order up with the coupon or they will have you take the item to the normal line to re-ring it up for you. I'm not 100% sure if the Hardened Edition will be sold out, but if you do the in-store pick-up route, at least you'll know you have a copy of it.

I was wanting to get the MW2 game + another game (Band Hero) for the $30 GC... And I have the $10 off $75 coupon from the newspaper ad last weekend (and a $5 off Band Hero coupon).

However, I just saw that Fry's will have MW2 for $50! Any chance TRU will PM the $50 for MW2?

Does TRU PM other advertised prices? I couldn't really find anything on this...
