I saw that www.xbox.net did something like that since they give stuff away for posting, and it seems like a good idea. That way, people don't complain that their post count just lost 300 posts because Cheapy deleted an OTT.

I could lose thousands of posts and I wouldn't care. I mean really, the post counts here aren't tied to access rights or anything, so more often than not it just falls back to bragging rights.

And I wouldn't either, but after an OTT was deleted, a thread was made about how someone lost posts and people were complaining about it and demanded the posts to be put back. :roll: It was one of the stupidest threads I had seen in awhile, but people really wanted their post count to raise back up. :?
It makes sense for it not to count, IMO.
