i can see people abusing the hell out of this deal

say your going to spend 300 bucks on amazon.... just order 6 gift cards to yourself *under a different name)

boom you just earned 30 bucks in gift codes + you have 300 bucks in gift cards

amazon just lost 30 bucks x that by the hundreds if not thousands that would do that

not possible, since you can only use it once and its attached to the email address, its not an offer available to everyone, only to those emailed.

I have 3 accounts with Amazon.. and all got the emails.

I also bought GC during Haloween promo, and received the $5 GC couple weeks ago... so a pretty good deal.
