I was able to get it from Gamefly for like $10 not long ago. I'd jump on the $15 at Best Buy deal if you are interested.

Check you're local craigslist. I got one for $10, it was complete with a good manual and everything. Blockbuster might be selling used ones for $9.99 as well. Blockbuster has alot of games for $9.99 now, like Dead Space and Force Unleashed.
