Unless you're looking to get something from Chips&Bits, can't think of any reason for wanting a Vermonter. Only leaves, maple syrup, and burnt out hippies up here.

And it does seem shady.

Chips & Bits is still around? Years ago, I got my first copy of Lunar SSSC from them, which just happened to be my first PS1 game, and the best game ever made!

Clearly this is for the Mc donalds mail in game pieces.
He wants to pay someone to mail in self addressed stamped envelopes from vermont because Mc d's doesnt require return shipping if you live in Vermont.
Why does it have ot be a secret?
^ That would be my guess as well.
I think VT has some kind of state law, so McD can't require them to include return postage.
Similar to how in MI (I think) retailers have to offer rain checks for anything that is out of stock. That's another state law.

yep, McDs. And the reason it was "shady" was just to avoid a flame war. It drives me nuts when people get all high and mighty in threads about what is/isnt proper, then someone else flames back, etc etc. I just was trying to avoid my thread turning into one of those types.
Plus, wasnt it fun having a little bit of mystery on a tuesday morning? :)

Youve got a good point but I didnt worry too much about it when I did the first post. I figured the odds of a VT CAG also cool enough to work with me are slim to none. Im not gung ho about getting in on this deal but I figured if I didnt at least try, Id have wondered about what might have been.
