hey guys, there's a digital life convention (technology and gaming, etc.) Oct 14-17 @ new york city...

i got it in a newsletter from gamespot
children 12 and under are free, i think
that means instead of paying 8 bucks for ppl 13-18, you will pay 4
and instead of payin 12 bucks as an adult, you will only pay 6
:D enjoy! i would go, but i live in NC and my parents have to work and cant take me :( but hope those who do go have fun ;)

i didnt even know about the event until GS sent me a newsletter about it w/ a coupon code...that's the only one i knew...but since you can get it for free, by all means USE: DIGITALLIFE

Just got back--it was pretty cool. I'm more of a computer gamer and it was geared almost entirely to console gamers.
They had a lot of cool game previews, and lots of booths to play in--I played a lot of Star Wars Battlefront--but the swag was pretty poor--some MovieLink coupons, some quide books and mags, and that's it.
Lots of cool gear too--especially the Samsung handheld video player. Coming out soon for $499, it's tiny, perfect picture, great device.
