Cheap Soundbars?

If there is already a discussion for speakers and such I apologize in advance.

I'm not really very in-the-know when it comes to many electronics, and recently I've been looking to get a cheap but effective soundbar for my tv. Are there any particular models you can suggest(I'm trying to skew $150 or below), and where should I look? Normally I would go to the pawn shop for something like this but the ones around me are wildly inaccurate with their electronics prices based on my previous experiences. I'm not limited to shopping for used equipment though, if there's some good deals at retailers I'm interested as well.

Though there isn't any in stock online right now. Maybe in store if you have one near you.

Crap on a stick, I just bought a soundbar for my bedroom. That one would have been perfect and about the same price.
