The difference between the Target price and the effective TRU sale price is very little. If there are 2 other $50 games that you want from TRU, by all means wait for the sale, but if there are not, or if there are 3, then go ahead and pick up ToS from Target.

if You preorder GTA Or halo 2 you get 10 bucks knocked off a game so that will knock it down to 24.88.... Dont want halo or GTA just buy it and return it for your 5 bucks

not halo 2 for $24.88. what he is saying is if you pre-order halo 2 or gta:san andreas,then you get an extra $10 off any game that is $29.99 or more.

edit: actually this might be just the ticket it comes out to about a 50% raincheck, does anyone know if you get the substitution on a 50% raincheck?

Yes, you should be able to, if that's the case...They had GTA rainchecks not too long ago for 51%.
