I've ordered from GS.com maybe 4 or 5 times within the past few years, and have had mixed results when I receive my games in the mail.

On one occasion I had ordered 5 or 6 games and out of those, 2 didn't have art inserts or manuals, one of the games barely worked, and one of the games was cracked.

I just ordered a couple older USED games today and was thinking, on the off chance the game(s) is in crappy condition and/or is missing the art work, manual, etc., would GS let me return it. I'm not really all that familiar with GS's return policy so if somebody could help me out I'd appreciate it.

Yes, you could return it. In my experience, they let me swap out/take anything that was missing if they had it in-stock at the store. Be sure to bring everything with you, this includes the packaging the games were sent in.

I personally wil never order USED from Gamestop.com. TOO SKETCHY. I hate stickers on the cover art. I hate missing cover art. I hate missing anything.

If I do buy used (which is only when its my last resort) I get it from Gamestop or Gamecrazy. Sometimes Ebay. If you have a Gamecrazy near you its even better. Just sign up for their member ship. $10 and you get 10% off used and 10% added to trades. But the BEST part is UNLIMITED DISC BUFFING. So since Gamecrazy's selection is very SMALL compared to gamestop. I usually get it from Gamestop and then take the disc to Gamecrazy IF Gamestop cant find a good copy of the game. They usually put a bunch of copies on the counter and allow me to pick. They do this with alot of customers at my Local Gamestop so that way they have less of a chance of coming back to return it for another copy.
