Seconded. They just flooded the market too much with them too fast. Good price especially those that have prime.

Keep in mind some of these songs will port over to Guitar Hero 5 if you have it.
List here:

Keep in mind it'll cost you to port them.

I wish some place would discount the PS2 version, $29.99 on Amazon and it was the only system not included in the $9.99 after coupon Best Buy deal a few weeks ago.

Without a doubt. How many music games do we need in one year?

$15? That's almost about what it's worth! I might actually consider getting it at that price! Guitar Hero: S.Hits was one of the worst Guitar Hero games I can think of, but $15 is still a nice price for a handful of pretty good songs at least.

I'm the last person who should be agreeing with this - hell, I played Guitar Hero as a "pro gamer" for three years after it was released, but even I am in complete agreement with this. The last truly exceptional game from either of the two big franchises was Rock Band 2 - Rock Band : Beatles was decent, but too easy, Guitar Hero has quickly been sliding into the mediocrity of Taylor Swift and that dreck, and the recently announced "Rock Band : Green Day" leaves me cold.
The only saving grace might be the "Rock Band Network", which might either save, or destroy the genre :)
I am, however, picking this up for $15 - stupid Amazon Prime, making me spend money :)

Speaking of Rock Band 2, I picked it up the other day at Target for $12.48. Definitely a steal.
I too think the market is flooded with Guitar Games. I think Rock Band has the right idea though; no need to make re-hash after re-hash. All the games play pretty much exactly the same, so why waste time and resources on making an entirely 'new' game when they can just put out some track packs and call it a day? The gameplay hasn't changed but so much, and really there's nothing DLC couldn't fix as far as updating.
$.02.

Exactly. Harmonix (RB2 creators) didn't flood the market with rhythm games, Activision did with the Hero franchise. I still buy RB games, but the Hero games have no feeling to them so I don't buy bother buying them.

All I play is Rock Band 2, and it will stay that way until Rock Band 3. Sorry Activision, as great as Guitar Hero 5 was, it cannot compare to the Rock Band franchise.
