I picked up Madden 10, and it is pretty decent online. Got me wondering what other infrastructure games there are.

Motor Storm and the most recent Star Wars Battlefront Game.
NFS Carbon and Test DRive: Unlimited did have online play at one time, but I have no idea if the servers are still up (I would guess not). Same with the Syphon Filter games.
The trouble with the online PSP is that there's a lot of hackers and pirates, so companies have largely stopped supporting online play (well, even the PSP in general).
Phantasy Star Portable 2 apparently solved this problem (sort of) by having a serial number (or so I've read) for online play, but that hasn't been announced in NA yet.
