Yep, Ratchet & Clank 3 (tentative title) is slated for a fall 2004 release.

well the latest Game Informer has all news on botyh Jak 3 and Rachet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal (official title). Apparently R&C: UYA is going online.

They also said JAK III & Sly Cooper 2 going hit PS2 this year but I don't think JAK 3 make it.
