Hey all.
Had a question about this.
I noticed it's being advertised that you get 500 "Bonus Points" for purchasing Final Fantasy XIII in the first week of release, and that qualifies you for a $10 Reward Certificate.
So if I'm reading the site correctly, 500 'bonus points' is equal to you going and spending $150 on games at Best Buy, is that correct?
So in essence, $250 spent at Best Buy gets you a $5 Certficate.
$150 in gaming purchases at Best Buy is equal to 500 bonus points, and that gets you a $10 certificate.
So Best Buy offering 500 Bonus Points for FFXIII is basically just them saying, "Hey, we're gonna treat your $60 purchase of this game as a $150 gaming purchase, and toss you a $10 reward certificate."
Is that accurate?
Maybe I'm making this more complicated than it needs to be. =P
Thanks!
