So I was checking the computer at work yesterday and saw that we have a date for a Gamecube bundle that comes with Mario Kart Double Dash. I'd pick it up if I didn't already have both. It says it's coming in November, but didn't have a specific ship date. I suppose this is Nintendo's answer to Halo 2 and the PSTwo, anyway if you don't already have a Cube it'll be a good time to pick one up.

That sounds like a pretty good bundle, and Ive not heard a thing about it before now. Any idea on how much it will be?

no that woud be the ds. sounds like it would eb a typical holiday pack in to me

I hope your right, I just got a cube and want to pick up Mario Kart for cheap, as I have not got a chance to play this.

I've held off getting a cube even with the Metroid Prime back in, but I would get one with the MK:DD pack in. I hope it does come out and that it'll only cost $100.

I hope Mario Kart is getting the players choice treatment. I just can't believe they are releasing another bundle so soon after the prime one.

Wow that would be one nice christmas gift. I'm guessing for 99.99 too!

Nintendo of America today announced that on November 14 it would release a new GameCube bundled with a copy of Mario Kart: Double Dash!! for only $99.99, the standard price of the console.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think that Nintendo is making a LOT of good marketing decisions as far as the cube goes? Im just kinda curious when they'll start the DS advertising campaign...

Intriguing pre-launch television ads begin airing on Oct. 25.

wow...i think i might actually pre-order one of these buggers...or just have my dad set one aside at work...one of those two. That sounds like a damn good advertising campaign.

Sometimes during the holiday season some stores have semi-exclusive official bundles. 2 years ago my parents bought me a GC bundled with Super Smash Bros. Melee from Target. I've never seen it anywhere else. Be on the lookout for YMMV bundles like this.

The Mario Kart bundle is an official bundle just like the Metroid one.

The Mario Kart bundle is an official bundle just like the Metroid one.
I know. I meant sometimes there are other official bundles that are YMMV like the SSBM one I mention just in case the MK:DD bundle didn't intrest someone.

I don't know about you but I hope it comes in a spiffy box. I got the Metriod bundle JUST so I can play a MK:DD LAN party (and the box+game), 3 would be even better!!! Just need to find a cheapassrouter.

I still can't believe that those bastards at Nintendo still charge $49.99 for a new copy of MK:DD!! I have been holding off on getting it for 2 years now. Shoot...I have never seen it cheaper than $39.99 used! :evil:

the game came out last november. Halo was 49.99 for about 2 and 1/2 years. AND MK:DD is worth 49.99!

It hasn't even been out a year now Im America...Damn, you really can't count.
