I am asking more here about the game in itself, rather than a good deal on it (ebay is pretty much the only option, and I know im going to be paying between $70-$100 for it there).
What i'm asking about is which of the two games should I get? I was at first only even considering the first game because im from Chicago (Railfan CTA Brown Line). I then heard, however, that Railfan: Taiwan High Speed Rail has an option to be played in English.
I have heard, however that the first game is much better than the second. Is this a lost-in-translation game? Would I be able to enjoy the Chicago verion without knowing Japanese?
