I've used Sony's ImageStation and Ofoto. Both are good.
Most of these places will have ~10 free prints for new accounts (just pay shipping). Should be around 19 cents for a 4x6 print.
EDIT: With any online service, you'll have to upload each picture one by one. If you're on dial-up, good luck to you. You might want to try some local pharmacies with digital prints. I remember my friend saying that CVS (one of those places) have 4x6 for less than 19 cents.

If it's less than 110 pics, then Shutterfly. If it's over 110 pics, then Yahoo.

My fiancee, who is the queen of taking pictures, uses ofoto. you start off with 10 free, and then it think its about $.19 a picture. But, if you go to places like www.bensbargains.net, there are constantly coupons for 40% off and buy one 5x7 get one free.
The quality is excellent two, and they will sharpen your images as well as brighten them up a bit. so, i'd go with ofoto.

There was a coupon for 36 free 4x6 pictures at Winkflash that expired 10/31. However, the coupon got fatwallet'd, and winkflash revoked the code. But I sent Winkflash support a note asking them I was interested in trying out their service, but wanted to check the photo quality/paper first, and they sent me a one-time use coupon for 36 prints. You might want to try the same approach.

i like ofoto. try them out and see. i mean, you're basically getting kodak, so if you like kodak film, then you will like ofoto. if nothing else try the free 10 from them and then free 15 from the other places and compare. all you'll have to pay is shipping.

Imagestation has a fixed shipping price of $1.99 if that helps. They use Fuji Crystal Archive paper and have free prints for new members to boot.

It's not online, but a lot of drug stores (CVS in particular) have kiosks near the photo department where you can print off digital pictures from your media card. The prices aren't terrible, and it'd probably be quicker than doing it online. That might be worth looking into...

the cheapest ive ever seen digital prints in b&m stores for is 0.29 ea. (which i believe is some walmarts)
sometimes there are sales, but they are few and far between, id def. go with online for the amount of photos you want printed.

Check out local supermarkets at the photo counter alot of them in my area have coupons for $2.00 off a kodak picture maker order on there 1 hour photo bags. I have seen people buy 7 4x6 prints at .29 each then use the coupons and then do that a bunch of times. This is particularly at Acme in my area so try Albertsons in Florida.

Well...you could use GIMP for photo editing. Not sure what you'd use for reuploading, though.

well winkflash has a util that you can download and edit the pics. you have to do it manually though unlike ofoto which fixes it by itself. anyways i went ahead and ordered it from winkflash. 116 pics came out to like 19.55 shipped. not bad compared to 30 sumthing at ofoto

FotoFriend.com is cheap for wallet-sized prints (from 2c each) and reasonable for regular prints (18c). You can print any photos you have directly from Facebook which means it is quicker since you don't have to upload your photos again.
