I was thining of picking this up as a third $30 games at TRU. But I noticed it's $20 at Ebgames and the used is $27. They may have a glut on this.

Who knows, in a couple months it might sell for $10 like Final Fantsay XI-2 did.

I picked up La Pucelle for $20 at Target but when did Phantom Brave Drop? Or did you mean Disgaea when it was $5 at CC. That's the rarest of the rare though.

By the way, I'm still stuck on a $30 games. I'm thinking of Riddick, Harvet Moon: Save the Homeland, and can't find anything else. I might just skip this and wait around/ I'm trying to grab games that I don't think will drop in price for awhile.

I plan on getting Burnout 3, Paper Mario 2, and Either Phantom Brave or Shin if it's in stock but I've seen brave there and naught of Shin.

Anyway, any recommendations for a $30 game?

It's different though. These are games from Square Enix, while those are primarily from Nippon Ichi. And these are official price drops for new games, while the games that you mentioned still retails for $49.99 new everywhere else.

Of late, SE's games have been dropping faster and faster. FFX and Kingdom Hearts stayed strong for a year or so, but FFX2, FM4 and Drakengard, released earlier this year (or late last year for FFX2) have seen price drops. I think it's safe to say that this trend for SE's software will continue.

And the deals for La Pucelle and Phantom Brave may come from the retail entity instead of the publishing company.

At any rate, La Pucelle and Phantom Brave were published by newer US established companies, Mastiff and NIS, so we can't tell what their agendas are. For sure Atlus' releases have been primarily limited and in low numbers.

I'm wondering if they are both wrong, 400,00 sound to high and 60,000 sounds way to low but I don't think they will GH it but they could do a third printing but that will probably be determined by how well Phantom Brave is selling in 6 months

It's amazing how fast game prices are dropping these days.

For most games, a little patient and discipline will save bucks.

We have to play the stack of cheapies we have and wait . . . but its so hard too wait for many games that are coming out. :shock:

If it's also $20 in store, I wonder what are the odds of a price match at Best Buy and then using the GGC.

From my experience BB's won't allow you to use the GGC on top of a price match, but for $15 I definately would pick this up.

yeah, i went to 2 eb's and 2 gamestops looking for dynasty warriors 4:empires...and i was looking at the prices of PB also, it was regular price everywhere i went
