Mini golf looks like a plus and online disc golf is a big plus for me, as I really disliked that '10 didn't have online for disc golf, but it's still not entirely there with regard to disc golf. What I want are disc golf courses, not just playing disc golf on regular golf courses. Still, I may pick this up as I like the disc golf anyway and would love to play it online. At least if there are some hefty deals. $20 gift card would be nice. Probably should trade in my '10 version now....

Can't wait, once this comes out I will pick up 2010 for dirt cheap. I just got my first Motion+ from that walmart nerf n-strike deal.
Thats what I do for all the annual releases, whether they are Madden or Call of Duty

Even better, Gazelle is offering the same, but 5% more if paid via amazon gift card AND they use USPS parcel post for shipping which is a lot more convenient for me. I've put in my trade and now just need to package it up and ship it off.
Regarding cheap Tiger '10, yes, you'll get that, but with the way they are handing out gift cards with pre-orders these days, including a $20 gift card for Madden '11 on Wii (making it $29.99 after gift card), you can get the current version super cheap too. Or at least it's likely - there's no gift card deal yet, but I'm sure it's coming. This is *Tiger Woods* we are talking about - not the greatest licensing at the moment. :)

I had a pre-order in for Tiger Woods '11 with gamestop.com, having put it in when the 25% coupon was available for pre-orders. I recently got a $10 coupon from another order, and I decided to see if gs.com would apply it to my existing Tiger '11 pre-order, even though it isn't suppose to combine with anything else. I emailed customer support with the order number and I just got a response today saying it is only suppose to be usable on in-stock items but they'd make an exception and apply it to my final order total. Woohoo! It's worth a shot if you've got one of these coupons.

I thought about it, but didnt spend a whole lot of time with 2010 version so I'll probably wait longer, not interested in the new one at the moment.

I picked this up but so far not having any luck finding anyone online for disc golf. Dissappointing. Any CAGs up fir some online disc golf? Only thing, what is my username or friend code or whatever this game uses? I appear as Crunc, but I'm not sure that's it.
Ahh - I searched for SuperPhillip and found one which is presumably you, and added you as a buddy. Hope to see you online as I'm not sure I'm going to see anyone else there! I think maybe Tiger took it's toll....

Woohoo! I got in an (unranked) online disc golf game. It was quite fun. Now I'm sitting watching the thing spin, hoping to get in a ranked match.
The game also has lobbies for up to 4 player games. It would be awesome to play some CAGs this way.

I tried the mini golf. Just the racing one so far. I have to say, it sucked. The first hole or two were OK, but then they start being annoy-the-hell-out-of-you holes, one after the other. You have to hit the ball hard (so much for motion plus) in order to get past moving crap that if you hit it, will result in an out of bounds when it rolls all the way back. Terrible design. I will try the others, though. Hopefully they are better.
I do like the disc golf, though, and it's great to be able to play online. I just wish there were more people to play online with. I haven't really tried the regular golf yet other then the tutorial.

I'm finding my starting golfer really sucks making trying to get -9 on tournaments an effort in frustration. Plus you level up so slowly this time around it's annoying.

I'd be up for some online with a CAG (preferably CAGs, but it would seem there are no others!) regardless. Especially if you are willing to play disc golf! :)

I suck at disc golf in real life, so I suck at it in this game. It's no fun for me just because I blow at it.

For me it's the opposite. FYI, the trick to disc golf in this game is that it isn't really very realistic from an amount of effort required standpoint. It does track your motion great, but the effort required is pretty unrealistically small. Presumably they did this to make it "casual". So, never throw the disc with a lot of force. It just takes a light flick, with proportionally less effort for shorter shots. Take that into mind and I suspect you'll do a lot better.
