Hi,
Just saw this in an ad. Don't know what it excludes.
"Trade in any 2 games (some titles are excluded) get $30 toward Tony Hawk Underground 2."
My guess is that the games excluded are the same ones that are listed on the web site. This is a good deal if you are looking to get THUG2.
I searched and did not see any other post about this.

I think that trade in deal ended like a week or so ago, I could be wrong though.

10/31 it ends and i traded in 2 games that totaled 5 bucks for this deal sweeeeet eh.

my cousin is going to go to jail on one of these deals.. They take 2 junk games in for the game then take the game back to another Ebgames to return it so 30 bucks in hand for 2 junk games

The worker must be dumb or something then. Right on the receipt it show what you traded in and how much extra from the promotion they gave you.

he did this 3 times mostly trade in the Overstock junk
First time
Star fox and wild arms 3
second time
Wild arms 3 and SOme gamecube Dragon ball game
Thrid time
Nfl street and ampitude
he used the gift recepts and ever store acted like it was no big deal in getting the 30 bucks credit

If that's the case, I can turn in a boatload of people who do similar deals with DVD trade ins at DVDTalk.com
Well if it is still going on, then the excluded games list on their web site is really outdated or something. Games that weren't on that list were listed as POX in their system. Funny thing was that Spy Hunter 2 for the Xbox was accepted at one while it wasn't at another one.

When I did this, the guy said they would take anything that wasn't a very old sports game or one of the very early ps2 games. I don't think there's much exclusion.

I doubt you would be able to, now that the game has been released. It's much easier to transfer your store credit when it's on a pre-order than on an actual in-stock game. As always it's YMMV, as you might have a cool crew over at your EB that will let you get away with it.

I thought it the list in the computer that tell if a game is exclusive or not. At least that is how my eb works.

Exclusion, not exclusive. Yes, there's a list, but there might not be many exclusions.
