I'm torn on which version of this game I should get. I mean, the GC version has excellent control, while the PS2 version may have extras. I'm leaning towards the GC version, since I have the GC version of the first game. So, which version of VJ2 will you buy?

There is a version of VJ in development for the DS also. But for me VJ2 will be on the Cube.

Cube all the way. I don't have a PS2, but even if I did I'd still support the Cube. The PS2 will probably sport interesting new slowdown and framerate drops.

Once it gets cheap, I'll want a GC VJ2 to sit on my shelf next to my GC VJ1

Its a toss-up between the two, but I'm leaning more towards Gamecube right now. I'm more comfortable with the Playstation controller, and I always seem to play it much more than my Gamecube. However, since I wil buy the first game on GC, it would make sense if I bought the the GC version of VJ2, too (once the price drops, that is). And I gotta support Nintendo. :D

Gamecube for me. I just wish it had already been released, so I could pick it up as part of the TRU sale (like I did with VJ1 last year).

whatever version goes cheaper first
aside from MGS:TTS, that was the last game I paid full price for, and I never finished it

I will be picking up the GC version, I think it is being released earlier for GC, I don't have a PS2, but thought that might be a good piece of info for people who had both.

If I would decide to get it I would get it for the Gamecube.

Gamecube. I almost always opt for GC over PS2.

I'll probably wind up with the Gamecube version just to keep continuity, but I don't think it matters.

VJ2 on the Cube, because I believe in loyalty, unlike SEGA with thier backstabbing and putting SMB3 on the XBOX and PS2. Greedy, hearless bastards I tell you!!!
SMB3 on any other system than Nintendo's=blasphemy

Well i never played VJ on cube only ps2. Reason being is Dante as an extra=get on on ps2. If part 2 is same for both systems then no doubt cube, but if there is somethin extra in one version over the other ill pick it.

I have it pre-ordered for the cube already. I honestly didn't care, but my PS2 library is about 3 times the size of my cube's. I heard that Dante for PS2 version of VJ2 was scrapped to increas VJ1 sales on PS2.

It's rightful home is on the cube, and I must respect that.

Definitely the cube. Have to support it there so they keep supporting the little system that initially brought us the series.
Also, I play PS2 way too much as is, I like being able to go to the cube once in a while. It's that Nintendo Fanboy in me I suppose.

GCN no doubt, but only after a price drop. I still have yet to make my way through the first one.
